Fabulisti Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fabulisti mobile app, website, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Fabulisti, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Acceptance of terms

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Fabulisti. If you use Fabulisti on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms of Use.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms of Use.

Content and licenses

  • Fabulisti stories, text, artwork, audio, branding, and app materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Fabulisti for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from Fabulisti content without prior written permission.

Subscriptions and payments

Fabulisti may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for premium access. The subscription title, duration, and price will be displayed in the app before you complete your purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period at the rate shown at purchase time.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase.

If you cancel, premium access remains available until the end of the billing period already paid for.

Acceptable use

  • Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
  • Do not upload, distribute, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Use or misuse the service.

You may stop using Fabulisti at any time. You may also request account deletion through the app where available.

Disclaimer and liability

Fabulisti is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Fabulisti after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms of Use.

Your use of Fabulisti is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at www.fabulisti.com/privacy.
